The recent Security & Counter Terror Expo, held in London, provided an insight into the physical world of security. One of the highlights was the selection of drones, some the size of an albatross. Surprisingly there were also drone detection and defence systems, appearing to be as sophisticated as the bridge of the Starship Enterprise. The beauty of physical security is that it can be seen and touched. The challenge with cyber threats is that they are both everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Can the cyber security industry learn something from our friends in the physical world? I suspect  we can.
